I came looking for the new 2027 telluride. They had the right exterior color but needed a different interior color than the one they had there. Also needed to be the xline sx hybrid at least. They said they will try and find the one I wanted which I have already tried to find. They had a few out there many more miles away from what I wanted to travel. The next day they called me and said they found one. No extra they got it delivered to there dealership and I came to purchase the car. I brought my stepdaughter to drive the other car back and she stayed there and had great conversation with the dealers. I will consider them friends. Them and I could talk about anything in life like you been friends forever. This is also the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Kia of Quincy. Still have the other one because they were very friendly and comfortable to talk with and joke around with.

Michael in sales was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and patient while I was shopping. He explained in detail all I needed to know about the functions of my car. The service department (Jessie and Brook) also go above and beyond whenever I've needed service! I've just purchased my 3rd KIA through Quincy KIA due to car dependability but mainly their excellent staff and customer service!

Jesse and Brooke were polite and efficient. Explained everything well. I love my telluride but the service department is why I keep returning, service after the sell is fantastic! I have pretty much only dealt with Brooke and Jesse since I purchased my telluride. As stated above, they are the reason I keep returning.
