We met with Michael Ferguson for the first time and he was a great resource over the course of several weeks as we narrowed down on our vehicle selection. He was not pushy and very informative. He worked hard to ensure we got the exact vehicle that we wanted for our family and made the overall process as seamless, efficient, and painless as possible. He also was a wealth of knowledge on the features of the vehicle and ensured everything was set up properly before we departed.
