I came looking for the new 2027 telluride. They had the right exterior color but needed a different interior color than the one they had there. Also needed to be the xline sx hybrid at least. They said they will try and find the one I wanted which I have already tried to find. They had a few out there many more miles away from what I wanted to travel. The next day they called me and said they found one. No extra they got it delivered to there dealership and I came to purchase the car. I brought my stepdaughter to drive the other car back and she stayed there and had great conversation with the dealers. I will consider them friends. Them and I could talk about anything in life like you been friends forever. This is also the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Kia of Quincy. Still have the other one because they were very friendly and comfortable to talk with and joke around with.

The staff was amazing! I was incredibly indecisive on the color and they allowed me to take my time and make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend BOTH guys that helped us.

Loved dealing with Keaton. Such a nice guy. Explained everything so I could understand. Then he went over the instrument panel and steering wheel and explained how to use the different functions. Just a blessing. Im very, very happy.

I haven't used another service department in 15 years because Kia if Quincy is awesome and I have not heard great stories from friends and family about other dealer's service departments. I hope to continue another 15 years as Kia owner and Quincy service department!

The service department at Kia is awesome. They keep you informed of how long your service will take and they explain all that they did. No high pressure sales for things you don’t need. I will not take my car anywhere but there for maintenance they are the best!
