Bought brand new, got the extra warranty they offer and thank gosh because within my first month of having my car, my tire was popped and rim bent due to road construction. The extra warranty covered so much of my rim and all of my tire. I have dealt with finance alot due to the bank being difficult. My sales person was very kind and very helpful. Service department was also amazing and worked with my crazy work schedule. The business I have got here has been absolutely amazing! I will definitely return!

My experience with Shottenkirk Kia started with Jessie Job. From the moment I called he listened closely, acknowledging my concern, interest and we scheduled an appointment. Before that he restated what I wanted to accomplish. At the time of the appointment, he was again reviewed proposed work, sought my response and we forwarded as planned. The work was completed with additional worked addedv still within the allotted time. Upon completion he reviewed all work done and the final charge. Every step was completed on time, he checked in and wanted to make my stop watch was tracking the progress. Outstanding job Mr. JOB and Shottenkirk Kia. (Add on, The restroom was clean, snacks available and First Class!!!
